WDBX’S LIGHT ON THE LAW Begins New Season with 260th Show this Friday Morning at 9 now on the Internet at www.wdbx.org, as well as FM 91.1.

We launch our new format with a 10 minute Law News segment at 9 followed by interviews, productions, vintage recordings, book and film reviews, or spoken word segments.

Pro se litigator and environmental activist and educator, John Wallace will speak live from our downtown Carbondale studio on the unprecedented visit by a Southern District Federal Judge to view personally the harm caused by equestrian businesses operating near one of the Shawnee National Forest’s gems: Lusk Creek. John Wallace and Sam Stearns have taken responsibility for enforcement of the court order obtained by Joe Glisson in his pro se litigation finding that a permit process must be enacted by the Forest Service for horseback outfitters and guides on the Shawnee.

Mark Donham of Heartwood will tell us about the New National Forest Regulations and how they might impact the Shawnee National Forest.

We can be contacted at lightonthelaw@midwest.net.

Please give us a listen this Friday and every Friday morning at 9!
